Privacy + Terms

okfine.app stores limited account information provided to us via Google when you sign in, including your name, email address, profile image, and (if available) phone number. We do not collect or store passwords. We also store the wheels you create or collaborate on.

For saved wheels, we store options, weights, recency settings, and a short recent-roll history to support normal product behaviour. If you are not the owner of a wheel, your personal recency settings remain on your device and are not synced to our servers.

We store basic preferences locally in your browser (such as sound, confetti, and followed-wheel settings) to keep the experience consistent between visits. For saved wheels, we also maintain a lightweight edit history showing what changed and when, along with collaborator and follower relationships.

We collect minimal product analytics events (such as wheel creation, rolls, follows, and invites) to understand usage patterns, operate the service reliably, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand high-level site usage, such as page views, referral sources, and approximate geographic region. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track users across sites. The data is used solely to monitor performance and improve the service.

When you begin the sign-in process, we temporarily capture attribution data such as referrer, landing URL, UTM parameters, and user agent, and set a short-lived cookie to associate this information with sign-up. Unused sign-up intents are deleted after approximately 7 days.

We use Sentry for error monitoring and session replay to diagnose technical issues. This may include technical identifiers (such as IP address, browser, and device information) and, where applicable, account identifiers. Session replay is used solely for debugging and operational purposes.

When you delete a wheel, it enters a scheduled deletion state and is permanently removed after approximately 30 days.

By using okfine.app, you agree to use the service responsibly and not to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, or spammy. Wheels are public by default and may appear in discovery features such as leaderboards or featured lists. Deleting a wheel schedules it for removal after approximately 30 days.

Wheel owners may invite collaborators to edit wheel content. Collaborators cannot delete the wheel. All collaboration actions are recorded in the edit history so owners can review changes over time.

We may remove wheels or restrict access where content violates these terms, disrupts the service, or undermines the community. We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

okfine.app is provided on an as-is basis. While we aim to keep the service available and reliable, functionality may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued over time.
